It's official: I've got the keys

The lease has been signed and renovations are starting this week. We will be located in Ville LeMoyne on St-Louis. The 1000 sq.ft. new space will still look like the La Scrapitale that you are all familiar with but only better and newer. I will post the address and opening hours soon, as well as the details of our first class.

Renewed and refocused

As you may know, we closed our retail outlet in May and planned to start our online store in the month of June. Of course, things got in the way: the nice weather came along, people moved, and people broke up with their boyfriend. Physically and mentally, we were tired so we took some time off. Now we find ourselves in July and we're still not up and running. For those of you who know us, this comes as no surprise! I ran into a client at Tim Horton's last week and she told me how she was upset at us for not keeping in touch and updating this blog. It occurred to me that there were people counting on me to get my online store up. These are the customers that have been there since the very beginning when we opened the store and who have remained loyal to us and I realized that no amount of money can buy that kind of loyalty. So, I'm putting my plan in action and you should be seeing some changes soon.

An idea has been brewing in my head for a while now. I have decided to re-open the business, but with a different focus and a renewed purpose. I've already found a new location that is 5 minutes away from the old place. It will be perfect for what I have planned! More details to come soon!
